So I realized that in a circle, especially a very large one, there'll always be what we call eye-service.. If the meaning of this phrase deludes you, it simply means People doing things which particularly does not affect their personal growth or interests,but for the basic fact that they wouldn't want to be seen as going against what they consider the 'normal sequence' or to be on the 'wrong side',hence they bite their own tails to please other people. One group of these "notice me's" can be spotted when they take it upon themselves to be be rewarders of deeds noticed or unnoticed,just or not so long as they are carried out by a particular group which they find a way to "gum body " with. Aproko part two are the set of people who will always jump out and sing praises about something that's not relevant or something that doesn't even concern the general circle.
